Check whether the power supply's incoming end is out of phase. If it is out of phase, use a voltmeter to measure the incoming line power voltage and repair it.
Thermal relay action protection First shut down, then check if the power supply line is out of phase; check if the motor is overloaded, and then power on again after checking
The 3A fuse on the spindle control board is blown. Replace the fuse.
Check whether the connector on the spindle control board is firmly connected. If the connector insert is damaged, repair and replace the connector insert.
Defective spindle control board Replace the spindle control board
Failure of the spindle motor
Defective main control board Replace main control board
Spindle motor climbing car Adjust counterclockwise potentiometer VR1 on the spindle control board
After adjusting VR1, climb the car and check whether there is any problem with capacitor C6 on the spindle control board. Replace the capacitor (C6 is 2.2uF / 35V tantalum capacitor).
Check if the top wire connecting the optical encoder and the shaft is loose.
Check whether the mechanical transmission part is normal. Adjust the belt or chain.
There is a problem with the spindle control board.Replace the spindle control board.
After the above adjustments, there is still a phenomenon of creeping. Further check whether the slip motor brake pads are damaged. Replace the slip spindle motor brake pads.
Spindle motor speeding The optical encoder has no continuous pulses Replace the optical encoder
The cable or connector of the optical encoder is faulty.
Error display:
...... The color change is beyond the limit
... color change timeout 5 seconds
... abnormal semi-turn
Observe whether the half-turn indicator on the needle position detection board is on. If it is not on, measure the DC 12V switching power supply. If there is no output, replace the switching power supply.
Check whether the connector on the pin position detection board is firmly connected. If the ferrule is damaged, replace the damaged ferrule.
Open the cover of the needle position detection board to see if its mechanical part is normal. If it is abnormal, adjust the mechanical part.
Use the handle to turn the color-changing motor and the link mechanism, and observe whether the needle position indicator light changes accordingly. If it is not displayed, or some positions are displayed, some positions are not displayed.
After replacing the needle position detection board, if the problem listed in item 3 still exists, the main control board is faulty. Replace the main control board
Check if the 12V power supply of the needle position detection board is normal, if abnormal, repair or replace the DC power supply-
Color change is abnormal Check whether the connectors on the power board are firmly connected, if the connector insert is damaged, replace the damaged connector insert
Check if the fuse on the power board is blown? (F1 is 15A, F2 is 6A) Replace the fuse
All embroidery heads have no thread break detection function. (Note: If it is set to engraved hole embroidery, the first stitch will not be disconnected.)
Check whether the connectors of each disconnection detection board are connected properly.Set or replace damaged devices and faulty circuit boards.
Check if the disconnection detection function is set in the menu
Check the disconnection start indicator (L36) and clamp signal indicator (L35) to determine if there is a disconnection start signal and clamp signal
Control board failure
Is it normal to use a voltmeter to measure the 12V DC of the power supply of the disconnection detection board? If abnormal, replace the power supply
A certain head is broken, all the detection lights are on. A certain head is broken, all the detection lights are on. Repair the damaged device or power supply.
Check if there is a short circuit in the wiring between the electronic decoding board and the disconnection detection board
After a certain machine head is disconnected, its own disconnection detection indicator is off, while another machine head disconnection detection indicator is on. The indicator light is on to repair or replace the faulty circuit board
Check if the needle position detection board is faulty
Check if the connection between the disconnection decoding board, the needle position detection board and the disconnection detection board is faulty
Random disconnection detection. (That is, the machine does not operate normally when it is not detected at one pin position and the other pin position is incorrectly detected.) Check whether the DC 12V power supply voltage is normal.
Whether the connector on the circuit board is firmly connected
Broken decoder board is damaged
A certain machine head cannot be locked.Check whether the machine head solenoid is damaged. Replace or repair the damaged device.
Check whether the triode (TR7) of the electromagnet drive part of the head broken detection board is damaged
Check whether the mechanical installation between the electromagnet of the machine head and the needle bar drive slider is faulty Replace or repair the damaged device
All the electromagnets on the head cannot be locked. Check whether the DC 24V voltage is normal.
Use a voltmeter to measure the voltage across the freewheeling diode (D13) in the electromagnet drive section of a head break detection board. When the disconnection detection switch is in the lower position and the head is locked, the measured voltage value should be 8V ± 5%. If it is lower or higher than this value, repair or adjust the potentiometer on the control CPU board.
System alarm error: E53-stepping failure or pressing the frame-moving key and the embroidery frame does not move. Stepping driver overcurrent (overcurrent indicator is on). Remove the fault and replace the device.
Step driver power failure, fuse blown
Stepping driver wiring error
Main control board failure
Mechanical failure
When moving the frame, the sound of the stepper motor is abnormal or the stepper driver loses its step, embroidering the position. The connection between the stepper driver and the stepper motor is incorrect.
Missing stepper driver
Mechanical failure
No action of thread trimming
Measure the DC voltage on the CZ3 sockets 2 and 3 on the power supply board with the multimeter DC gear. The normal value is 90V ± 10% of the DC voltage. If not, replace the power supply board.
Manually trim the thread and observe whether the indicator light L33 (JX) on the main control board is on? L33 (JX) light is off, indicating a problem with the control board (no signal output) Replace the main control board
Check if the position of the trimming solenoid tray is appropriate.
Check whether the trimmer solenoid is normal. Reconnect the connector.
Check whether the related connector is intact
Use a multimeter to measure whether the transistor M6 on the power board is normal. If there is a problem, replace the transistor of the same model.
The buckle line does not work. Use a multimeter to measure the AC voltage of pins 4 and 5 on the control box connected to the socket CZ6 on the power board. The AC voltage should be 63V. If it is abnormal, remove the embroidery frame.
Use a multimeter to measure the DC voltage of pins 2 and 3 of socket CZ3 on the power board in the control box. The voltage should be 90V ± 10%.
Check the connection of the magnet wire to the power board for reliable connection
Use a multimeter resistance file to check if there is a short circuit between the lead wire of the buckle magnet and the frame (resistance is 0). Check each buckle magnet in turn and replace it. The correct resistance value should be above 10Ω
Check whether the main control board has a buckle signal output. Is the buckle indicator L32 (KX) on? If L32 (KX) is off, it means there is a problem with the control board (no signal output) Replace the main control board
Check whether the signal line between the main control board and the power board is reliable Check whether the signal line between the main control board and the power board is reliable
Is it normal to measure the power board transistor M5 with a multimeter? If there is a problem, replace the same type of transistor
The hook wire does not work The inspection method and troubleshooting are the same as the treatment of the buckle wire not moving. The parallel value of the hook wire electromagnet should be above 5Ω. The transistors on the power board are M1, M2, M3, M4
The embroidery frame cannot be locked. Check whether the power supply voltage of the AC 100V stepping power supply terminal is correct. Check the stepping power supply insurance.
Measure the stepping driver 8P double row plug. The DC output of pins 1, 2 and 140V, the AC voltage of pins 3 and 7 are 8V, and the AC voltage of pins 4 and 8 are 15V.
