One, design and development
1. It has the design capabilities of automatic control of hosiery machines, data collection of multiple hosiery machines, and networking functions.
2. The electrical control part adopts computer-aided development software to simulate and verify the circuit control and program debugging.
3. The mechanical part adopts 3D modeling software for optimization design and simulation.
4. The pattern-making software system adopts a customer-oriented open platform for research and development.
2. Raw material parts
1. The performance of the triangle material is not lower than the requirement of Cr12Mo1V1.
2. The inner core of the barrel is made of carburized steel 20CrMnTi, and the outer steel skin is made of carbon tool steel T8 or T9.
3. The spindle material adopts nodular cast iron, and the material performance is not lower than the requirements of QT450.
4. The performance of the steel ring material is not lower than the requirement of Cr12MoV.
3. Process and equipment
1. The main components are made by a high-precision CNC machining center.
2. Triangle, steel ring, and sinker cover adopt one-time processing technology.
3. The whole machine should be assembled in accordance with the technical specifications and quality control documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
Four, inspection and testing
1. With a professional testing laboratory, the testing equipment should meet the measurement traceability requirements and the actual testing accuracy requirements.
2. Use optical projectors and other equipment to detect the dimensional tolerances of key components.
3. It has the ability to inspect all items such as power consumption, noise, temperature rise, etc. of the whole machine.
Five, quality commitment
1. Under normal conditions of use, the warranty period of the socks machine (except for vulnerable parts) is 18 months, starting from the date of leaving the factory. During the warranty period, if there are any problems caused by quality, the warranty or replacement parts are free.
2. A response service will be provided within 12 hours if there is a quality problem with the hosiery machine.
3. The user should be trained on the working principle of the equipment, daily operation and common fault maintenance, safety precautions, daily maintenance, and other knowledge.
