Repair content:
●Gearbox cleaning and oil change
●Check the wear and tear of each bearing, halogen wheel, oil and leather in the transmission. The damage should be replaced or repaired.
●Replace knitting needles, sinkers and hoop springs of the same type
●Repair or replace damaged triangles or cams, tracks
Repair method:
●Clean and calibrate the needles, needle grooves and internal and external raw material grooves of the forming part
●After assembling with new knitting needles, sinkers, and front springs, the needles and sinkers should be able to move smoothly in the body, and the hand-digged fabrics should be well formed.
●After the transmission parts are assembled, there is no jamming and no abnormal noise by hand tracing and rotation. After checking the correct rotation of the motor, the belt can be hung up and running.
Maintenance:
●Inspection of equipment no less than four times a day
●The entanglement of the transmission part and the roller part should be removed in time for each shift
●The moving parts of the machine must be lubricated and maintained to reduce mechanical wear
●When the machine is running, the machine stops when people walk, and no unmanned operation is allowed.
●If the machine is found to be faulty, the maintenance personnel will be notified in time, and the operator will not damage the equipment or lose parts.
